Rachel O’Malley is an award winning Spa Trainer and Treatment Designer. With Rachel, we have developed five distinct rituals using our Repair CBD Balm to help ease bodily tension for Arthritis, Chronic Pain, TMJ/Migraine/Headaches and Muscle Recovery.

Healing takes time. The key to getting the most out of your Repair CBD Balm is to be consistent and apply it to the desired area every day after a warm shower. Follow the ritual below most relevant to you and stick to it for a few weeks. It won’t be long before your body is feeling repaired, restored and ready to move to its full potential again.

Repair Ritual for Arthritis

  1. Take a generous amount of the balm and allow it to soften & spread between your hands as you gently rub them together
  2. Raise your palms and hover close to your face as you breathe in the powerful aroma before applying
  3. Using a slow, gentle rhythm apply the balm in circular movements around the joint with fingertips. Top Tip: Combine these movements with your breath for an elevated relaxation experience
  4. Rotate joints in slow and comfortable movements to finish
  5. Repeat twice daily for best results

Repair Ritual for Muscle Recovery

  1. Take a generous amount of the balm and allow it to soften & spread between your hands as you gently rub them together
  2. Raise your palms and hover close to your face as you breathe in the powerful aroma before applying
  3. Using brisk, firm movements knead the belly of the muscles between your thumb and fingers using firm pressure
  4. Bring one hand into a fist and using the knuckles work with steady movements, gradually increasing the pressure along the muscle, always moving towards the heart to help improve circulation
  5. Repeat twice daily for best results. Top Tip: for tired, overworked or aching muscles apply balm after a hot shower or bath to warm muscles

Optional: use in conjunction with a foam roller routine.

Repair Ritual for Chronic Pain

  1. Take a generous amount of the balm and allow it to soften & spread between your hands as you gently rub them together
  2. Raise your palms and hover close to your face as you breathe in the powerful aroma before applying
  3. Using slow and gentle movements apply the balm to the areas of concern using the whole palm of hand and fingers. Slow and gentle movements will have a soothing effect on the body, though you can gradually increase the pressure if that feels comfortable for you. Always work within your own comfort zone for the desired effect
  4. Repeat twice daily for best results

Repair Ritual for Migraine, Headache or TMJ

  1. Take a sparing amount of the balm and allow it to soften & spread between your hands as you gently rub them together
  2. Raise your palms and hover close to your face as you breathe in the powerful aroma before commencing massage
  3. Begin at the base of the neck, working your hands in upward motions toward the base of the skull
  4. Using fingertips apply pressure just below the hairline working slowly from the top of the neck to the ear lobes
  5. Move on to the face and apply pressure with fingertips from below the earlobe to the temple
  6. Take a moment to massage the balm in circular motions on both temples, slowly
  7. Move from the temples inwards and across the brows with the same fingertip pressures
  8. Finish with fingertip pressures between brows, up the forehead to the hairline
  9. Repeat twice daily for best results
